100% financing of purchase and renovation not to exceed 70% of after repaired value.
Rates: To be determined by financial and market conditions, project and client's experience.
We only lend to investors purchasing non owner occupied properties.
If your project qualifies, we offer the option to defer financing costs to assist you with preserving cash flow during the renovation process.
Other guidelines to consider:
• All monthly payments are interest only with principal paid at maturity
• Typical mortgage term is 6 to 12 months with extensions available.
• Loan amounts can be $10,000 to $500,000
• Closing will usually be within 5-30 days
• We will consider, with a personal guaranty, other borrowing entities such as corporations, general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
